They were looking for a design that would improve their user experience, and after a very collaborative and inclusive process, I was able to develop a product they were over the moon for.

CineLook 2 After Effects Plug-ins
Cinelook is an award winning plug-in tool that takes any video, computer animation, film-scan or photo and allows you to add grain, correct color and add film artifacts like dust, scratches, stains, hair and more.
Cinelook was designed to allow video producers to give their productions that "film look," and also allow film producers to add film-grain to computer and cel animation. It can also reduce film grain to better integrate scenes in film production.
Cinelook has two versions, Broadcast and Film Res. Broadcast is limited to a resolution of 768x576 pixels (D1 NTSC & PAL). The Film Res version adds a de-grain filter, a hardware key and works up to 4K by 4K resolution.​​

Cinemotion After Effects Plug-ins
Cinemotion is a plug-in for After Effects (and others) that changes the frame rate and scan-line interpretation of video to mimic film.
• DE Film Motion™ - CineMotion simulates the effect of telecine transfer from film to video. Film Motion performs a sophisticated simulation of 24 frame-per-second film playing on 60 field-per-second video. You can choose from 8 different film-motion simulators, from general purpose to key-framable motion blurs.
• DE Adaptive Noise - Allows you to place RGB or monochrome noise is areas of flat color, creating an organic liveliness in an otherwise flat image, without loss of detail.
• DE Banding Reducer™ - Reduces the effect of smooth-color regions that occur with color correction effects (like CineLook's Chromamatch) and certain compression algorithms.
• DE Grain Reducer™ - Reduces the apparent graininess and noise in images using 10 different reduction algorithms, all fully controllable.

While working on the Landing Page Animation project, I was determined to produce an outcome with a stunning visual appeal that wouldn’t compromise on functionality. I had to dig deep into my prior experiences of providing personalized web development services, and I’m proud to say that the final product turned out great!

Terrazzo Photoshop Plug-in
Terrazzo is a photoshop plug-in that creates many different 2D tilings based on the source image. I wrote the user-interface from scratch. This was my first plug-in for photoshop.

TypeCaster Photoshop Plug-in
TypeCaster is a 3D text Photoshop plug-in. I created the UI for this, and helped the lead designer debug mission critical pieces of code. We ported the rendering engine from a SGI product. It uses a custom 3D renderer that was written in-house. Written in C.
I​​ learned a tremendous amount about 3D programming, Font rendering, textures and lighting.
